HEALING

Nei Kung, Taoist Meditation and Hypnosis

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on an energetic model of the human body. The unobstructed flow of the dynamic life force, or chi, within the individual is the fundamental principle of this 5,000 year old healing system.

NEI KUNG

Nei Kung is an ancient internal chi kung developed over countless generations within secretive martial arts clans. It was used originally as it is still used today to stimulate, accumulate and concentrate tremendous amounts of chi in a conditioning process known as “packing” which enables fighters to deliver and withstand crushing blows in hand to hand contest. As such, it is many times more intense than most of the chi kung that is taught for purposes of general health.

But the sword of Nei Kung can be turned into a ploughshare. This powerful military technology, as it were, can also be used to heal. To help relieve those who were suffering, my teacher, Master C.K. Chu, decided to reveal this jealously guarded knowledge to the public. The results have been awesome.

For years now I have helped people accelerate their recovery from illness, injury or surgery with the deep reaching revitalization of Nei Kung. Others have learned how to maintain their energy and stamina while coping with various chronic conditions such as MS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia and more. Nei Kung can also be a powerful adjunct to Cancer treatment programs and other long term protocols that wear the body down.

TAOIST MEDITATION

Nei Kung practice engenders a remarkable capacity to eliminate stress and calm the mind. For those who are interested in even further developing their internal mental landscape I also teach the complementary discipline of Taoist Meditation as part of their private lessons.

The simple and direct method of Taoist Meditation to bring quiet to one’s inner conflicts can be another invaluable tool for recovery. Through Taoist meditation one learns how to conserve, transform, and direct the healing energy of chi; to reach one's own potential and to develop a peaceful mind. Happiness, peace and health start with mind and body being in harmony.

HYPNOSIS

Finally, in addition to being a Nei Kung instructor, I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist. I offer the full range of clinical hypnotherapeutic services for individuals with more complex behavioral issues such as: motivational, financial and career problems; and unhealthy life style habits such as smoking and overeating. For many of my students the added dimension of subconscious re-patterning in hypnosis to remove obstacles to success and well being has proven to be nothing less than transformational.
