| Dear Jim: I wanted to formally thank you for the invaluable contribution your instruction in Nei Kung has provided for me. In the short time that I have been studying with you, my health has significantly improved. When I first began studying with you, I was recovering from the effects of prolonged exposure to gasoline fumes. One of the side affects of this poisoning was a prostate problem. I sought numerous forms of treatment for this problem, but found minimal success. Although I had made some progress in my recovery over a two year period, I was far from regaining the excellent health that I experienced before the poisoning. I attribute the following results to the practice of Nei King:
My very first experience of Nei Kung was remarkably energizing and it keeps getting better all the time. I look forward to continued radiant health and I recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their health and well-being. |

| To Whom It May Concern: Mr. J. Borrelli has been my personal trainer for the past 2 months, teaching me the basics of Nei Kung. My increasing stress level led me to a search of something that would enable me to reenergize myself from the inside out and achieve a healthy physical and spiritual balance, without having to spend hours on end either in a gym or yoga classes. Since I started training with Jim, it has proven to be the most effective training in many unexpected ways. I have had abdominal surgery earlier this year which threw my hormonal balance off and these exercises seem to ease menopausal symptoms. I noticed that I feel more balanced and at any sign of being tired or worn out I would get 5 minutes of Nei Kung in and feel reenergized. Practicing the breathing has been particularly helpful in the therapeutic setting, when I need to be as focused and present as possible, but not anxious or stressed out. Finally, whenever I need to be mellow and relaxed, yet focused, Jim will lead me through the exercises to a degree that no amount of hours in a gym has ever achieved. The only comparison I can think of would be a combination of sauna and mental detoxification, which leaves me in a state of complete relaxation and lasts for almost 2 days. I find myself more balanced and able to concentrate better and longer, and for lack of a better description, I would say I feel centered. I can only recommend Jim’s training and given the fact that I am only beginning I am sure that there are more benefits that I am not even aware yet. Margaret Knirsh Psychotherapist |

| To Whom It May Concern: I have studied Nei Kung with James Borrelli for the past year. As a venture capitalist and the father of three young boys, my life is full of stress and pressures. I have found Nei Kung to be a simple, yet powerful discipline to bring focus, energy, and balance to my life. The basics are easy to learn, but the subtleties will surely take years to master. Jim is an inspiring teacher. His style combines patience, encouragement, and humor. He offers support when needed, but stays out of the way to allow learning to come from within. Jim’s classes accommodate a range of students, each at his or her own pace and level. I would highly recommend Nei Kung and James Borrelli to anyone seeking inner strength and well being. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Deemer Venture Capitalist |

| To Whom It May Concern: Re: Jim Borrelli and Nei Kung I have been a student of Jim’s in Nei Kung since 1994. For the first two years I took a private lesson for one hour per week, and practiced each and every day. For the last few years, Jim gives me a "tune up" in the postures and breathing every few months. After having two serious back injuries and two low back surgeries (the last one in 1989) my back was still unpredictable and subject to episodes which caused me to be bedridden. I attribute the Nei Kung, which I still practice each day, to making my back and overall health extremely strong. If I do get a back twinge, I go to doing some Nei Kung and work it out. Now I can and do play golf two or three times a week, with a healthy back! My recommendation for Nei Kung is enthusiastic! Sincerely, Lowell Graham Attorney at Law |

| Dear Jim, I am delighted to let this letter serve as a reference for the future. Throughout the last two decades, I have resorted to a number of different disciplines to cope with the pressures and tensions accumulated in the course of living and working in Los Angeles. Sports are quite enjoyable, but require a commitment to teams or competitors that my work schedule just does not allow. As with most Southern Californians, I have resorted to various gyms to keep in shape. These have provided me with a freedom in scheduling, but, alas, fall short in the long run due to the mindless repetition of the workouts and the obligations to the routines required to keep from turning muscle mass into fat. The discipline of Nei Kung has provided me with the best solution I have been able to find yet. Unlike the Kung Fu and Yoga I have tried, Nei Kung avoids the extremities of force by its very nature. Simply put, I can’t hurt myself in this approach, yet achieve a full workout. The valuable commodity in Los Angeles is time. Nei Kung provides an excellent method of attending to my physical and spiritual needs in one session contemplative, yet dynamic at the same moment. On a personal level you have been a complete professional in my experience, which I appreciate. The questions and needs of us as students have been carefully attended to. The quality of attention you have brought to the classes has been unwavering, whether attendance has been high or low, and your payment system is straight forward and well organized. I believe people benefit from both your instruction and you as an individual. Sincerely Will Carney Contractor |

| Dear Sir, I am a software engineer, and over the last four years I have been afflicted with debilitating repetitive stress injuries from spending too much time at the keyboard. I have explored every treatment option that I have become aware of, including (but not limited to) months in multiple courses of physical therapy, splints, anti-inflammatories, years of various forms of massage and deep tissue manipulation, homeopathy, acupuncture, and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments, chiropractic, biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and heat and ice therapy. Nearly all of these treatments have had little or no long term effect on my condition. I have been studying Nei Kung with Jim Borrelli for approximately eighteen months, and have found it to be a truly effective therapy for learning to manage repetitive stress injuries. Performing the Nei Kung exercises increases blood circulation to the affected areas, reducing swelling and stiffness, and alleviating pain, resulting in increased endurance on the keyboard. It also clears my mind and gives me a boost of energy. Although I am by no means cured, I feel strongly that Nei Kung helps to noticeably increase my ability to work at the keyboard, and that it will be a key to my eventual recovery. If I were to again lead a development team, I would want to set up regular training sessions for the developers so that they could learn to use Nei Kung to both increase their programming productivity, and to ward off the repetitive stress injuries that have crippled me and derailed my career. I believe that when I achieve a complete recovery, the regular practice of Nei Kung will ensure that I never again suffer from repetitive stress injuries. Sincerely, Brent Phillips Software Engineer |
